What makes a skill useful.
Prompts are cheap. Reliable capability comes from structure, evidence, and someone being responsible for its behavior.
Defined interface
Inputs, outputs, constraints, and failure conditions are explicit enough for another operator to understand.
Scoped permissions
The agent gets the minimum tools and authority required for the job, with safe escalation paths.
Evaluated output
Examples, checks, and regression cases show where the skill works—and where it does not.
Named ownership
Every production skill has a maintainer, a change history, and accountability for consequential use.

Market maps, evidence gathering, diligence, synthesis, and decision briefs.
Build
Product definition, design implementation, engineering, testing, and release operations.

Marketplace standard

The marketplace should reward maintained capability, not prompt volume. Listings will need a clear operator, versioning, practical examples, and honest limits.
Skill authors, evaluators, and design partners can introduce themselves now. Publishing access is not yet open.
